Head - Brand Custodian / Head Marketing
What You'll Do:
- Understanding and growing the brand, preparing market strategies and analyzing market trends
- Developing strategic plans to increase customer penetration, reach and grow the business
- Ability to see the commercial aspect of marketing along with brand building - someone who is commercially inclined, able to create a marketing plan and calendar based on sound commercials. Using commercial acumen to bring the plans to life and activate these successfully on the ground
- Driving product passion mindset at the store level
- Creating the annual, quarterly and monthly marketing calendar and launch plans
- Leading an innovative digital and social media strategy and ways of - influencing- target audience
- Responsible for Omni-channel growth to profitable drive and convert traffic online
- Mining authentic and true consumer insights and incorporating these inputs in business
- Drawing the marketing plan for new store launches and ongoing CRM
- Evaluation and growth of new business lines
- People manager and role model for the Marketing team
- Develop, motivate and groom direct and indirect reports
