Marketing Head - Apparel/Luxury Fashion/Retail Manufacturing (12-15 yrs)

Location : Tamilnadu
Note: For first Year (12-18 Months) Position will be based in Plant ( Tier 2-3 City) for better understanding of Product Manufacturing according the need. Then will be moved to Chennai(HO), there.
- Heading marketing, branding & communication for the Particular Products business of Client to achieve business results and drive growth. Responsible for all products in the portfolio including A and B across domestic and international markets.
- Plan, execute & review the implementation of marketing strategy for the new and existing products or services to drive sales (through e-commerce, B2B & B2C channels).
- Develop a brand strategy for the our products
- Work closely with the heads of the product-lines and sub-verticals to set and administer an annual marketing budget
- Collaborate with the product development department in creating product intelligence, conducting trend analysis, driving pricing decisions and ensuring that these are aligned to the organizations broader goals
- Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organisation's databases and external data
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research studies; identify customer trends and external market information
- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
- Manage, refine and handle the organisation's social media presence
- Define KPIs for marketing campaigns and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using the said-KPIs
- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
- Overall 10-12 years of work experience in marketing management
- Master's in Business Administration. Graduation in any field.
- Open to travel
