- BU HR Leader for a large Business Unit with a complex delivery model across multiple delivery locations and work domains

- Direct Responsibility for Industry Led workforce and accountable for the teams in the delivery horizontals through engagement with Horizontal HR Teams

- Influence Horizontal HR Delivery Teams to Drive BU Agenda

- Track and Execute Projects around People

- Ensure All People Compliances

- Lead a Team of HRBPs toward delivery of employee services

- Work with International Geos for BU specific needs and plans

- Drive Learning Agenda for the BUs in partnership with LA

- Work on creating rewards strategy for the BUs

- Manage BU Head Advisory role for overall BU spanning all horizontals and locations across end to end HR delivery

- Create Hiring Innovation in partnership with TAG for BU specific needs

- Manage Client Relationships around the people agenda

- Drive Corporate Designs around HR policies and processes

- Innovate and Design Business Solutions around People
