Marketing/Commercialization Mgr - Power Tools (10-15 yrs)
Marketing CUM Commercialization Manager (For Power tool Business)
BE + MBA (Marketing) compulsory
Primary Purpose of Job:
a) Achieve targeted NSV and margins across the Power Tools business
b) Manage and execute the Brand & Market Activity plan for the Power Tools Business
c) Manage and support Product management for the Power Tools Business
Key Responsibilities/Challenges:-
a) Create market plans in conjunction with sales and customers
b) Launch & Achieve new product launch objectives in Power Tools
c) New product feasibilities including Competition Price Review, Competition product review, and marketing activity
d) Work with the BU team and Product managers to develop the product road map for India
e) Employ the principles of Category Management with regard to range assortment, channel specific ranges, promotions, pricing, display/merchandise/POS, replenishment and effective sales drivers in order to grow in the market place
f) Devise and implement key marketing programs/campaigns in the market place
g) Implement mix management programs in markets for margin improvement
h) Support and drive business in assigned territories with sales counterparts to achieve objectives
i) Develop a 3-6 month rolling marketing plan for the markets
j) Conduct and Supervise pricing reviews
k) Development of pricing and promotional plans for new products that are brought to the market
l) Work with the Sales managers and supply chain department to accurately forecast for the market
m) Efficiently manage Excess and Obsolete inventory
n) Create an efficient platform for promotion budget usage and disbursement
o) Monitor competition in markets and propose strategic directions to combat and gain market share
