Marketing Chief of Staff
About - The- Role :
- Reporting to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, and working with the senior marketing leadership team, the Marketing Chief of Staff is an expert at cross-functional leadership. You have great problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can prioritise well.
- You will have a meaningful impact on the efficiency and productivity of the Marketing team - by streamlining strategic business initiatives, effectively managing marketing initiatives along with their budgets and ensuring cross team alignment across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive planning processes with marketing leadership. Aligning that with border GTM - by liasoning with Product, Business and other cross-functional teams.
- Implement and manage operating reports/ dashboards to drive alignment, accountability and coordination across the team.
- Aligning cross functional teams around OKRs - driving better prioritisation.
- Manage cadence meets for the marketing teams and other meetings of the CMO. Tracking and follow-through to increase accountability for each owner identified during meetings.
- Liaison with all team including - 3rd party contracts team - to ensure timely execution of projects.
Skills & Experience :
- 5-8 years of experience with Marketing Strategy and Program/ Project Management with strong knowledge of marketing and marketing operations.
- Ideal candidate would have had a prior stint as a Chief of Staff or as a mid-senior leader in marketing, preferably at a high growth technology company.
