MARKETING & BUSINESS GROWTH IMPLEMENTATION LEADER : HEALTHCARE

The individual would be part of the core team of next generation Healthcare platform in digital environment. Self-Drive, Entrepreneurial and getting hands dirty are the foundation of the role. The person has to be willing to look at the value of sweat equity as step to entrepreneurship and willing to break the norms of the way healthcare delivery is perceived. Being tech-savvy is key requirement of the role. Hunger for being the market leader is critical.

Being part of the team that takes the organisation from ground up, has to break the norm of regular Sales, Marketing & Business Growth channels to build TOM recall along-with the market leading position for stake holders of the brand.

Knowledge & Experience :

Ability to conceptualize and communicate the concept to stake holders. ABILITY TO EXECUTE THE PLAN. Strong people's person. Drive to build a start-up and WANT to be the market leader. Connects to Media, PR Agencies and Marketing Fraternity is desirable. Should be able to grow into the leadership position with the company growth. Driven by unseen opportunities rather than the visibility ahead.

Description :

- The role is to assure the successful execution of the company's mission through deployment of a profitable digital healthcare business with the industry and consumer.

- This requires envisioning the company's service offerings as a digital business, leading implementation of market implementation, and planning for risk and growth.

Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning :

- In partnership with the company's team, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services as a tech-based business within healthcare domain.

- Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business.

- Evaluate and identify appropriate business opportunities for delivering the company's services and growing brand penetration to evolve into the category leader.

- Participate as a member of the team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization's resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of health tech delivery.

- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend communication advancement that support company organizational needs.

Operational Management :

- Building the foundation for a scalable business in Healthcare and ability to connect/work on the ground would be key focus of the role.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest development in technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies and business opportunities best practices by attending relevant conferences and reading widely (including reading your peers- blogs!).

- Define and communicate company values and standards for acquiring or developing business direction within the company, for being the health tech delivery leader .

- Ensure that standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's vision, opportunities, and challenges.

- Ensure company Market & Business Growth problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.

- Develop, track, and control the development and deployment annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.

- Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements.

- Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance for staff (through performance review) and vendors (through service level agreements).

- Ensure the company's internal delivery processes and customer-facing services comply with community expectations and applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility.

- Promote achievement of the company's business goals within a context of community collaboration by developing policies for sharing technological innovation, business processes, and other intellectual property.

- Contribute to building the direction of company strategy, and evolution of best practices by collaborating with peers outside the company, presenting at conferences, and writing for publication (online or offline).

Position Requirements :

Formal Education & Certification :

- University degree in the field of Pharma, Medical Delivery, business administration, or another rigorous discipline. An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus.
