Job Description:

- Plan, Reform, Manage end-to-end operations of a startups award to identify high-potential Indian software product companies. This include but not limited to, communication, promotion across medium, sourcing applications, selection evaluation process with knowledge partner, managing interactions among jury, finalizing results, profiling winners, media coverage, proceedings of award ceremony, etc.

- Design, develop, manage and execute engagement programs that generate value for a select group of startups/ founders who have won the awards from us in the past.

- Taking complete ownership the overall responsibility of the program. This includes but not limited to organizing summits, meetups, roundtables, workshops, mentoring sessions, etc.

- Identify key challenges of startup founders at a different scale of business and create program to address those.

- Cross leverage the network, internal /external resources and stakeholders to create value for the elite community.

- Build relationships with technology research organizations/academic institutions to explore the opportunity of collaboration with startup ecosystem.

- Work closely with internal teams of industry partnership and global trade to ensure participation of the product community

- Engage members of such community in various programs, initiative running across and roll them into membership.

- Continuously gather data/insights from internal and external stakeholder on the industry and provide key analytics and insights.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work closely with advisory team of industry leaders.

- Build and maintain the relationship with strategic partners for continuous feed and the success of the program.

- Maintain continuous communication with community, ecosystem and its members across the board with active engagement plan.

- Develop and track quality, operational execution and customer success metrics.

- Provide regular feedback to communication and social media to create content.

- Build success stories of founders/companies from mentoring and community programs on the impact of our efforts

- Work in harmony and sync with various divisions and functions of Organization to cross-leverage each other for mutual success.

- Strengthen the member-base in product segment by signing up beneficiaries of program as a member.

- Maintain the MIS and periodic report to the leadership.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Min 6-8 years of strong experience in managing programs for community engagements and ecosystem development.

- Understanding of human and organizational behavior.

- Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Travel requirements :

- Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities - An independent doer!

- Should be open to travel (10-20% of time) as per requirement
