Marketing & Brand Manager - IT (5-11 yrs)
Your responsibilities will include to:
- Analyze brand performance and create strategies to help improve the same
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights while identifying potential roadblocks.
- Understand the current market trends
- Plan, create and execute multiple Brand campaigns
- Own the development and socialization of messaging content and ensure consistency across platforms in line with the business objectives
- Own and drive Employer Branding and PR campaigns to promote the brand positioning
- Analyze the social media trends and create content to ensure impactful presence and reach for the customers
- Managing the website content and updates regularly
- This is an Individual Contributor role.
Qualifications and experience:
Education: Bachelors or Equivalent in Marketing, Communication or similar discipline
Experience: Total 5-10 years of experience managing General Marketing, preferably in the Fintech industry. Prior product B2B marketing experience is a must.
Important Note- Please carefully consider this opportunity as a long and mutually rewarding option. The organization has a 24 months service commitment and a no shop offer agreement. (The position is a full time permanent job)
