Role is expected to :
- Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, and predict future trends
- Develop strategies and manage planning and execution of all communications and marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches
- Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Plan and execute brand building campaigns including ATL and BTL activities
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Co-ordinate with the Sales team to achieve targets
