Qualification - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field from top institute

Job Description -

Job Purpose - Drive Sales and Marketing of Processed Food. Drives Execution thereby implements marketing and advertising campaigns; tracks sales; maintain promotional material inventory; plan meetings and presentations; prepares reports.

Key Deliverables of the Role

1. Work with activation and creative agencies on aspects like artwork, adaptations, in-store activations etc.

2. Analyse and Publish analytics for Processed Food categories/brand. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

3. Lead on ground execution of brand activations. Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns (Electronic, Print, Outdoor, Onsite, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit performance reports.

4. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements. Track sales and costs by analyzing sales expense, and new business data.

5. Supports office staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information; relaying patient services requests

Qualification & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field from top institute, with over 3-4 years of experience

- Experience of at-least 2 years in Marketing advertising, Data Analysis, POS / Retail Merchandising - Implementation Experience is required.

- Experience in trade marketing and retail client management.

- Able to benchmark and understand market best practices.
