Position - Marketing & Audience Development Specialist.

Job Roles & Responsibility :

- Primary responsibility will be to grow MissMalini's audience and reach across all of our content formats, including video, blog, social media (all major platforms).

- Must have significant experience and be intimately familiar with what drives audience reach, views, and engagement metrics on all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat).

- Must have advanced command of content and digital marketing analytics

- Must know digital marketing inside and out, devising and oversee execution of paid campaigns to meet distribution objectives within timelines and budgets, for both client and internal campaigns.

- Must be able to communicate and execute strategies with various stakeholders in the company, including management, content, analytics, and sales teams.

- Largely responsible for all paid, owned and earned digital and offline marketing for brand MissMalini

- Personality type : A smart curious thinker who cannot resist an intellectual challenge.
