Marketing Analytics Role - BFS (2-9 yrs)
1. Experience in campaign analytics (Email, DM, digital).
2. Borrower/customer/marketing strategy analytics experience in BFSI;
3. Experience in Tableau, SQL, SAS
4. Client facing role, requires strong communication skills
5. Independently drive the projects, team management/handling
6. Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment
7. Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to solve challenging business problems
8. Interface with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical problems that can be addressed using analytical techniques
9. Excellent in problem-solving skills and able to work on open ended problems
10. Deliver with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based solutions and insights for clients
11. Articulate and document project requirements and client meetings
12. Communicate project results in the client's business context
13. Seek client feedback after each delivery and learn and apply insights on subsequent projects
