Marketing Analytics Role - Bank (7-9 yrs)

Marketing Analytics - Leading Bank In Overseas Location

A leading domestic bank in a fast growing ASEAN country is undergoing a digital transformation, and as part of this process is looking to build out its analytics function for its retail lending business. They require an expert in customer and business analytics to fulfill the following requirements:

Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations

Marketing: Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel. Help build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer acquisitions, as well as concepts designed to deliver on new go to market strategies

Execution: Involve problem frame-works, develop hypotheses, test and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan

Partnership: Work closely with colleagues including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability

- Ensure reporting is impactful and meaningful for the business - visibility is important, but success is not measured in the number of reports you create; how they impact our business decision making is what matters

- Work effectively with internal/external resources to define analytical objectives/data requirements, obtain data and perform in-depth analyses to achieve a defined business objective

- Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: He/she should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business

- Clear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. He/she should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment

- Examine data sources and ensure that reporting and presentations are accurate and and logical.

Qualifications / Skills:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience preferably in Business (or Marketing) Analyst / Project Management role IN THE BFSI industry

- Strong proficiency in managing projects from starting to close while working with key stakeholders

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with leaders to gain consensus and alignment

- Must be able to analyze and create databases importing data from Excel, Tableau, Salesforce.com, etc.

- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, analytical, written and verbal skills

- Must be a team player and be able to build positive working relationships with business partners and encourage open communication and a supportive team environment

- Must be able to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
