Marketing Analytics Role - Bank

Expertise Required:

Analytical Skills

- Basic Statistics

- Hypothesis testing, A/B testing, Segmentation

- Proficient in Formulating Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data and providing actionable insights to the business stakeholders

- Ability to handle complex data and generate meaningful business insights

- Knowledge of Banking, Credit Card Industry, Marketing Analytics would be an advantage

Tools and Platforms

- SAS, SQL

- MS Excel, PowerPoint

Soft Skills :

- Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler form

- Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong process/project management skills

- Ability to Coach and Mentor Juniors

- Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.

Educational and Experience:

- 4 to 7 years of hands on experience in delivering Analytical solutions, with at least 1 year in Banking Industry

- MBA / Master degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech / B.E in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications .
