Duties and Responsibilities :
Determine the best segmentation strategy :
- Build business on segment focus on areas with the highest opportunity matched with companies ability to win.
- Understand industry/market trends, competitive landscape, channel dynamics.
Be the expert in customer understanding :
- Build the target market persona, be well versed in customer processes/protocols, know how to gather and leverage key insights in the segment and turn them into executable marketing programs.
Lead segment-based innovation :
- Develop and commercialize new products/solutions based on identified segment needs matched with cluster innovation objectives.
Generate demand :
- Lead the development and execution of marketing programs that generate awareness and interest in company solutions, with the objective of establishing business credibility, generating leads and accelerating the sales cycle.
- Work with the sales team to identify target accounts for acquisition, penetration, retention and mix shift.
Build segment capability :
- Develop and roll-out knowledge building programs (e.g. training materials) and tools (e.g. demo techniques, insight-based literature, etc.) that ensure sellers are armed, capable and confident to approach the segment.
A&P and vendor management :
- Efficiently allocate and spend the assigned advertising and promotional budget and complete ROI analysis before and after all significant segment activity.
- Work with agencies, suppliers, who can augment our capability in delivering segment tactics, especially taking into account the diverse requirements spread across the complex geography of the cluster.
Global-Regional alignment and coordination :
- Work with the regional and global team to enhance strategic, execution and measurement approaches in the segment in alignment with cluster growth objectives.

Requirement :
Education : MBA/PG in Marketing (Tier 1 / 2)
Experience :
- 1-2 yrs experience in Food processing Industry
- Total 5-6 years of experience
- B2B marketing experience preferred
