Job description:
- Support the sales team in closing deals with their key accounts
- Provide after-sales product training to key stakeholders - investors & clients involved in the market place transaction
- Be the single touch point for addressing queries & product details for both clients & investors using the market place
- Facilitate client & investor on-boarding for the market place
- Continually assess the needs of sellers / vendors & develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating market requirements, supporting business cases and the competitive arena
- Successfully incorporate insights gathered from existing users of the platform
- Work cross-functionally with other business units to develop and execute technical solutions that align to team and cross-company goals
The Successful Candidate Should:
- Have 8-10 years of relevant experience in a product/market place role preferably with experience in financial services/capital markets
- Have experience in technical product presentations & sales support
- Preferably have experience in institutional sales in financial services/e-commerce sector
- Be well versed in delivering pre-sales product pitches & post-sales product training
- Have a good knowledge of lending products & an exposure to the e-commerce industry
- Have a consultative selling approach to support the sales team
