Market Leader - Fintech Advisory Candidate Experience & Skills: - An individual with experience of working with CXOs of Financial Institutes to deliver solutions in the Fintech domain especially on Digital Lending, Payments & Broking in the India Market (experience in broking is good to have). - An individual who has led the fintech journey for FI's in a role while with the firm or has led engagements in an advisory role with a project team successfully, through designing innovative products, credit models, and delivery mechanisms. - Brings to bear a clear and deep understanding of the right tools, skills, resources, alliances, and capabilities required for a successful fintech transformation journey. - Individuals who have demonstrated experience in designing Digital Transformation Roadmaps and Policies with a good understanding of the legal, statutory, and regulatory environment, thereby influencing key decision-makers. - An individual with good business acumen and relationships in the Indian market, and the ability to either source new business, or mine existing clients - while managing P&L responsibilities - An individual with sound knowledge of changes in RBI & Technology Regulations, The Ministry of Commerce, with the experience in formulating strategies around these changes to minimize the impact on business continuity. - A People Person who believes that culture is at the core and has built and led teams on Digital Transformation. - An individual with an affiliation to some market/industry body in Financial Services will be an advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: - The individual will lead the Fintech domain for us and build a book of business (Manage a P&L) for the practice. - The individual will be responsible for developing intellectual property, including methodologies, solutions, accelerators, and tools in the Fintech domain. - Design go-to-market strategies, Technology roadmaps and implementation and explore opportunities for technology and business partnerships for complementing growth plans. - Stay abreast on advancements in the global Fintech ecosystem to influence board decisions - Collaborate with leaders of the firm to provide innovative solutions for clients in the fintech space. - Be always a brand ambassador for the firm, promoting clients and work delivered in varied domains to widen the footprint of the firm.
