Market Development Manager for SAAS suite of Products for International Market
Currently we are hiring for one of our clients which is largest multimedia software company in the world. Originally from US, they are one the best employer in most of the countries that they operate in. They are listed & have profits in billions.
- The Business Development Manager will drive strategic business partner and market development initiatives for Client's Print Business.
- The right partners and partner ecosystems will play a critical role in growing this business unit.
- This position will be responsible for a wide range of activities including: developing partner and market strategies, identifying which companies are strategic for partnership(s), engaging those partners and then developing creative solutions for how the BU and the partner can work together.
- This role will be dependent on selling a partnership opportunity and value proposition to the partner as well as internal Client teams and executives, formalizing the contractual agreement and finally managing the execution of the partnership.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business/market opportunities, business models and channels to extend market reach and drive new distribution, awareness and revenue opportunities through partners.
- Expand relationships with existing partners by uncovering expansion opportunities, developing and driving go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee the negotiation of win-win partner agreements that require technical/architectural, business model and market alignment.
Requirements :
- 6-10 years of Business to Business (b2b) software experience at leading companies with business development, market development or OEM/strategic alliances experience, ideally in the SaaS space.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of developing strategic partnerships and have a successful track record negotiating, closing and managing complex contractual agreements.
- Ability to work in and lead in a team environment and to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts across a large organization (both internally and externally).
- Proven, tangible results in Business Development
- Great at execution: results-oriented, detail driven, organized self starter
- Creative and a strategic thinker
- Proven ability to conceive of, and execute on, new business models
- Experienced with and comfortable prospecting for partners in new markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- MBA preferred
