Market Access Manager [ Pharma/ Health care]

- Preparing the annual strategic plan for Market Access for India in close coordination with Director MAPA (Market Access & Public Affairs). Develop and understand full potential of Public account, pricing strategy in close coordination with business unit.

- Strategy Development

- Periodic review of the implementation of the Annual strategic plan and identify appropriate corrective actions.

- Monitor market and government policy/funding trends from various information sources and reports like proceedings of government departments; think-tanks; non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and other bodies, in order to generate strategic insights and reimbursement.

- Business Development, Relationship building & liaison (Govt, KOLs, media, and other relevant stakeholders)

- Identify and map the relevant stakeholders important for achieving NN India MA objectives. Network with relevant government officials and KOLs to showcase and strengthen the market access efforts and position NN as a preferred healthcare partner in treating diabetes/Obesity in India

- Prepare a detailed sustainable case/ material and approach them and influence the relevant governments/ institutions in close coordination with PA team. Prepare a detailed project implementation plan

- Project Support

- Monitoring the project implementation against the set milestones and suggesting corrective actions

- Assess, initiate and support a smooth execution of relevant global market access and patient initiatives in India

- Analytics support:

- Building interactive epidemiological models and Socio-economic analysis models for diabetes market forecast in MS excel.

- Doing Advanced optimization modelling, Data mining and warehouse, Cost-benefit analysis for specific program/projects/activities, Data management, etc.

Ad-hoc requirement:

- Documentation for obtaining the SIRO, DSIR certification for conducting social research in the field of Diabetes Management

- Facilitating data analysis and tools training to NN associates

- Publishing at least one scientific article from socio economic and business intelligence area in national or international journal

Qualifications:

- You hold a full-time master's degree specialising in Science/Management/Operations Research/Statistics :

- You should have more than 8 years of experience as Business Analyst or Research in Healthcare & Pharma domain.
