About Mark88 Capital  Mark88 Capital is a US based Private Equity Fund focussed on Education Infrastructure and Operations. The strategy involves investing in education assets across the country. It is set up by experienced deal makers and ex Hedge Fund managers and former M&A experts with backing of long established Wall Street Hedge Fund professionals.  About You  You are someone with experience in executing transactions where one or more of the counterparties is a Developmental Financial Institutions (DFIs) like IFC, DEG, FMO, ADB etc. or someone on the sell side who has helped several funds during securing investments from DFIs either in the fund platform or as direct investments or you are someone who has helped a corporate raise capital from a DFI.  Primary Responsibilities  1. To advise the firm in lesioning with DFI either in the form of direct investments or as LPs in the fund platform  2. Lead creation of Investment Materials to support fund raising  3. Drive board meetings to provide updates on the on-going fund-raising activity  Secondary Responsibilities:  1. To originate LP leads from the following agencies:   - Indian Family Offices  - European/Asian/US based LPs   - Developmental Finance Institutions   - Indian Insurance Companies   - Indian Banks   - High Net Worth Individuals  2. To convert leads and manage relationships of the Fund with the said investors / agencies  3. Drive the fund-raising strategy  4. Market research and benchmarking of various nuances associated with fund raising, leverage prior experience  5. Coordinating and managing relationships with legal advisors, financial advisors, investment banks, financial consultants and government agencies  6. Coordinating and managing relationships with Private Equity Funds, School Management Companies, Brokers and Public Companies  7. Deal evaluation (high level of diligence and financial modelling skills)  8. Creation of investment committee memos  9. Contribute in building a high performing team to implement the founders- vision to empower educationists in the country  Skills Required  1. Structuring Impact Investments  2.
