Responsibilities

Deal Evaluation

- Modelling and Valuation

- Replacement Cost Analysis of School Assets

- Income Approach (DCF)

- Comparable Analysis

Creation of materials for Investment Committee

- Investment Memo

- Investment Deck

- Financial Model

Coordination with Advisers

- Investment Banks

- Financial Consultants

- Legal and Tax Consultants

Fund Raising

- Participate and contribute to the fund raising strategy

- Creation of Investment Materials to support fund raising

- Participate in board meetings to provide updates on the on-going fund raising activity

Asset Management

- Add value to current portfolio assets through strategic interventions

Location: Chandigarh (move to Delhi/Mumbai eventually)

Compensation: Competitive (Fixed + Variable/Success Fee)
