- Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support & work with internal team to improve product performance.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Overseeing sales & business development, technical support, logistics, and supply chain mgmt. and client relationship mgmt. across India and for global customers, wherever needed.
- Proper sales forecast as per company system for budget & raw material purchase.
- Responsible for Collaborating with global team to drive export and intercompany business.
- Should be comfortable to work in matrix reporting system.
Position based at - Bangalore office.
Skill - Expected /required.
- Proven ability to drive the sales & business development process from plan to close with proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business sense, excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi & English must and knowledge of other Indian language is plus.
- Salesperson should have 10 years' experience in synthetic rubber manufacturing and chemical rubber manufacturing industry experience.
- SAP skill considered as plus.
