Position (Designation) : Brand Manager

Dept/Division : Marketing

Grade : Manager

Location : Mumbai

Purpose of the Role :

- This role holder is responsible for end to end management of the brand including profitability and growth

Qualification & Experience :

- Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute)

- Experience of 4 to 6 years in FMCG

- Minimum 2 years of Brand Management Experience

Key Deliverables of the Role :

- Responsible for Brand building of the assigned brand

- Responsible for growth and profitability of the Brand

- Develop Marketing programs

- Consumer Insighting for brand strategy

- Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand

- Lead communication development on the brand

- Create Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods

- Product promotion through Market communication, Media and Sales visibility

Key Competencies :

- Leads Communication, Media strategy and Planning his/ her business

- Provides strategic, visionary leadership

- Creates strong brand equities

- Has strong consumer Understanding

- Manages and implements Projects with excellence

- Is creative and innovative

- Takes - personal- risk and makes a difference in the Brand, Business

- Project Management

Reporting Relationship :

- Reports to Group Product Head

Other Interface :

- Sales teams (Trade Marketing & Key Account Managers)

- Marketing teams (Consumer Insights & Media )

- R&D teams (Product Development & Packaging Development)

- Supply Chain & Commercial teams

- Consumers

- Agencies (Creative, Research & Media)

Growth Path & Future :

- The member has options of working on challenging innovation projects not only in India but across company international geographies. There could be exposure to other categories as well to develop a more wholesome perspective. After successfully completing this role the incumbent can move into a Brand role in any category.
