Head of Marketing

Marketing head's responsibility includes leveraging SugarBox's reach to market clients and other potential brands through strategic partnerships, making annual marketing plans to drive consumer adoption, set the marketing budget and analyze the market and competitors. The role primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and consumer footprint. The goal is to increase the company's market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.

Responsibilities

- Work with clients- marketing teams to create SugarBox specific client marketing campaigns

- Work with clients- to leverage clients- marketing spends to include SugarBox branding for leveraged brand presence for SugarBox

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing and consumer adoption strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities

- Set and administer an annual marketing budget

- Produce ideas for local activations, promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently

- Plan and execute PR strategies at a local and national level

- Plan and execute media campaigns for corporate promotion, promotions of the company- s product & service offerings aimed at different consumer segments, launching new product lines, etc.

- Identify, negotiate and work closely with all external agencies relating to branding, advertising, traditional, digital and social media, as well as PR

- Monitor progress and submit performance reports to the board from time to time

- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications

- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects

- Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
