- Candidate should have relevant experience in majority 4 areas: store operations handling, sales, providing excellent customer service and people management of 4 or more, preferably as a store manager or equivalent of a minimum of 3-8 years. - Manage, inspire & develop the store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, motivating, training and providing feedback with the employees to become next in line managers - Market analysis and developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability by generating new ideas, planning and executing - Handling people queries and grievances - Good understanding of P&L and EBITDA.
