- Ensure smooth functioning of the E-commerce website and resolve issues. - Responsible for product cataloging and price updation. Managing the inventory and supervision of the same. - Data reporting from website including daily/weekly/ monthly sales report and the number of units transferred between online and offline sales. - Traffic analysis of the website via Google Analytics. - Exclusive e-commerce offerings including discounting, etc. - Co-ordinate with the store managers of all the stores regarding the offers, deals, schemes, etc. - Responsible for Maple branding which includes brand level as well as individual communication. - Co-ordinate with the Ad Agency to get creative work done including Online Reputation Management (ORM). - Planning of Media Campaigns and execution across Social Media, Google and other web related platforms. - Co-ordinate with the Forecast Agency for the print ads. - Handle outdoor and instore advertising and any other collaterals needed for marketing. - Develop PowerBi tool for Maple which is a complete repository to sales. - Create dashboard for the call centres. - Co-ordinate with the Retail and Lead Management team for integrated execution of ideas. - Monthly reporting for marketing reviews in connection with the Finance team. - Manage press releases. - Co-ordinate with the Apple team to understand upcoming schemes and product launches. - Quarter planning for planned schemes, campaigns and estimated outcomes. - Aligning with the agencies and responsible for the instore branding. - End to end digital paid media including publisher website, shopping ads, Google and FaceBook. - Responsible for the inventory on the website. - Dealing with print media publications including Times of India, Hindustan Times, etc. - Negotiating with the external vendors as to what would be the rate of the ad, which type of ad, etc. - Co-ordinate with media release agency for advertising. - Extract customer centric database from various agencies basis the requirements. - Getting the HTML banners and other creative work done from external agencies. - Escalation and integration of payment gateways into the website.
