The Lead - Retail Operations position is responsible for formulation & implementation of Manyavar's retail strategy in order to increase store traffic, optimize profitability and improve customer experience through improvement of operational functionality at the stores.

The role is to primarily lead the EBO stores operations by overseeing major retail KPIs, store operations and franchisee management

Key Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development

- Monitor and review the development of sales strategy in alignment with business vision for EBOs

Store Operations Management

- Develop standards for customer service excellence for all stores

- Monitor adherence to the defined customer service standards by stores to achieve optimal customer experience

- Ensure standards and guidelines issued by the marketing team on all aspects of Visual Merchandising is adhered by the stores

- Oversee the analysis of customer feedback and ensure implementation of corrective measures for all customer pain points

- Prepare SOPs, procedures & guidelines for conducting store audits and ensure its effective implementation

- Assist in setting standards for different types of store audits with an aim to enhance the experience being offered to customer

- Manage store displays and ensure stock inventory levels are managed effectively to maximize sales and are in line with our retail & sales strategy

- Generate reports on store sales figures, according to the requirements of senior leadership

- Responsible for regular review of stock deposits and report credit limits for all existing stores

- Responsible for tracking all franchisee issues, conduct follow up and takes necessary action for resolution within TAT for all existing stores
