Lead - Mohey Procurement

This position will be responsible for providing market trends and creating assortment for our brand Mohey- Women's Ethnic Wear

Job Responsibilities :

- Trend analysis and forecasting: Getting updated with latest trends and competitor analysis for appropriate season planning

- Range Selection and Product development : Worked closely with designers to create an excellent product selection; analysing their complete range and incorporating changes to fit products within the company's preferred price range, while keeping in sync with the latest trends and customer preferences.

- Planning category Mix : Style selection and range development to create most favourable category mix, option mix and size mix, while ensuring optimal capital and inventory management; Product pricing; Extensive merchandise performance analysis Provide inputs to Head- Production & Procurement for formulation of vendor selection criteria parameters for each category in terms of, finished product, fabrics, accessories etc.

- Seasonal merchandise Planning : Planning launch of sale events and handling subsequent replenishment; integrating data from production and inventory to launch the sale events.

- Product wise performance analysis : Periodically reviewing merchandise performance to monitor target achievement

- Taking immediate actions on Fast Moving and slow moving products for higher sell thru ;Conduct Market and store Visits in order to study latest trends, competitor study and to capture latest trends.

- Responsible for developing an extensive vendor database of designers, identification & selection of prospective vendors, Negotiation & closure on commercials and range development.

- Managing OTB and ensure timely delivery of stocks to stores
