Outlook of the Industry, Growth Opportunities and Current Status - The overseas test prep market is estimated to be over 1200 crores: This is broken into about 500 crores for the US markets and 700 crores for the other overseas markets - While headwinds have been coming from the US policy decisions, there are great opportunities and the company has positioned itself for growth from the following areas: - Western Region: could add almost 20 crores to the top-line - Agency Business could be a 30-40 crore opportunity - Online: 10 Crores for English Language or for IELTS 20-30 Crores (CAN-AM is the larger player in this space) - Premium admissions consulting worth 10-20 crores - All in all, the company has a great-line-up of products and is aiming to achieve 200% growth in the next 5 years This position holder is expected to lead the online tutoring product, including planning, promotion, developing and managing the product portfolio through their life cycle, sales operations, customer experience, and also to cater to the shifting needs of the customer to optimise customer experience. Key Deliverables : - Achieve revenue target for the online tutoring products. - Achieve targeted CSAT score as per framework. - Oversee implementation of Product communication and campaigns as per plans. Key Responsibilities: - Plan product development, go-to-market model, and create best practice for online tutoring products. - Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the tutoring product realm for cross functional partners, acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test tutoring product initiatives. - Perform market research, track how customers interact, monitor competitive landscape and bring in solutions which match the increasing customer expectations, going beyond the web to mobile and an overall, omni-channel seamless experience. - Manage all aspects of the online tutoring business including, business planning, content strategy and development, delivery, customer service, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns and other online tutoring marketing and web technologies, for generating budgeted revenue and profits through all online tutoring products. - Manage all aspects of web analytics and communicate relevant information to executive leadership and cross-functional partners. - Participate in the development and monitor/ track execution of strategic and tactical business plans in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams to capture market share. - Ensure service (delivery) efficiency while optimizing cost &amp; resources. - Analyze reports on online tutoring product performance related customer feedback to guide and drive excellent customer satisfaction through delivery teams and from design amendments while working towards future growth path. - Analyze and initiate any potential partner relationships for online tutoring product enhancement. - Be the custodian of tutoring P&amp;L, road map, sales forecast, channel distribution, new features for existing products and identify new areas of opportunity.
