Outlook of the Industry, Growth Opportunities and Current Status - The overseas test prep market is estimated to be over 1200 crores: This is broken into about 500 crores for the US markets and 700 crores for the other overseas markets - While headwinds have been coming from the US policy decisions, there are great opportunities and the company has positioned itself for growth from the following areas: - Western Region: could add almost 20 crores to the top-line - Agency Business could be a 30-40 crore opportunity - Online: 10 Crores for English Language or for IELTS 20-30 Crores (CAN-AM is the larger player in this space) - Premium admissions consulting worth 10-20 crores - All in all, the company has a great-line-up of products and is aiming to achieve 200% growth in the next 5 years This position holder is expected to lead the online tutoring product, including planning, promotion, developing and managing the product portfolio through their life cycle, sales operations, customer experience, and also to cater to the shifting needs of the customer to optimise customer experience. Key Deliverables: - Managing team which counsels prospective students for test prep sales, admissions services and English language programs. - Adherence to call management measured through Audit &amp; specific NAV reports. - Client satisfaction reflected through quality audits as per the defined L&amp;D framework. - Achieve expected learning and development assessment scores and certifications. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient enquiry management through counselling and correct product offering to outbound calls. - Distributing work appropriately amongst team members to ensure optimum manpower utilization for maximum productivity. - Maximize conversion rate while working closely and aligning with the centre sales staff and through efficient lead management. - Manage database of enquiries and prepare relevant reports enabling maximum output. - Adhere to correct lead disposition and lead transfer process within mandated timelines. - Promote entire range of products &amp; services to meet the company's monthly/annual revenue targets. - Seize every opportunity to support upselling of products for the existing students, when there are related enquiries. - Manage escalations and second level of counselling to close sales &amp; ensuring good customer service. - Data management and analysis for maintaining desired checks and balances for correct lead distribution, validation and conversion. - Conduct random audits for script and process compliance for quality improvement and to maximize the output. - Collate, audit and analyse daily/weekly/monthly reports and share results with the respective decision makers to take important decisions towards improving desired outcomes. - Training and mentoring team members. - Ensure continuous self-development focus is maintained through the company provided Training and Certification. - Supporting other functions with various initiatives as and when necessary. Specifications: Educational Qualification: - Essential- Post Graduate in Business Administration Experience: 5+ Years with experience in outbound calling realm preferably in Insurance, Online Service sales, IT, Education and Time share industry.
