Key Deliverable : - Achieve defined revenue and EBITDA targets. - Achieve targeted CSAT score for Test Preparation and Admissions as per framework. - Achieve expected - Team Retention- and ESAT levels. Key Responsibilities : - Accountable for P&amp;L for the assigned territory; to achieve revenue target across all products and channels while enhancing omnichannel customer experience. - Create and manage annual budgets with a focus on mandated EBIDTA. - Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities for retail sales. - Keep a close tab on the external environment and identify new opportunities for market expansion by tapping new geographies, appointing new franchisee partners, increasing institutional outreach and through other new online and offline business opportunities. - Track, monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, plan and execute appropriate steps to enhance MEPL market share. - Ensure higher brand visibility and market presence by executing an effective communication and branding strategy in collaboration with HO-Marketing. - Ensure timely launch of product variants and enhancements based on requirements by guiding team, overseeing and tracking progress on plans and ensuring resource allocation. - Interact with regional teams on a regular basis &amp; proactively help them achieve higher ROI, optimize resource utilization and control operational costs. - Drive admissions team to meet and deliver Admission Sales targets. - Develop &amp; Promote environment for adherence to Operational process and Compliances. - Responsible to manage change and ensure business continuity. - Responsible to motivate, engage and retain manpower to achieve targeted ESAT scores while mentoring team for success.
