Job Purpose: Business Head - Admissions has to manage all aspects of the Admissions Business Vertical throughout its lifecycle, including Sales, Service Delivery, product strategy development, Pricing, customer segmentation &amp; International Universities Alliances and operational guidelines/requirements to grow and develop the market for the Admissions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and build product strategy to capture all segments of the Study Abroad Admissions - Plan and ensure achievement of targeted revenue and margins through all products of Admissions - Build processes and delivery system to ensure customer satisfaction and improve CSAT. - Prospecting and developing universities alliances and other strategic partnerships. Additional Responsibilities: - Review and revise product specifications, parameters and costing as per market requirements - Develop new markets - Responsible for achieving overseas education admissions visa targets and meeting Revenue, EBITA targets for the business vertical. - Implement technology solutions to stay ahead of market and students trends - Preparing AOP to achieve sales and revenue targets through various centers for admissions vertical. - To head Service Delivery, Product and Sales for both US and non-US. - Responsible for achieving product wise and center-wise Admissions targets. And establish market leadership - Assess market and competition activities - Planning and execution of Admissions team incentive programme. - Planning and executing Admissions team training calendars through LMS as well as class-room based to ensure certification of all team members. - Marketing planning with Marketing &amp; Product Head. Plan in center's business development &amp; marketing activities to capture market share. - Establish effective and timely communication process for admissions business plans. - Analyze reports on product performance to design growth path. - Working with cross functional teams to deliver revenue and profitability. Educational Qualification: - Essential- Graduate ;Desirable-Post Graduate in Sales &amp; Marketing. Other requirement: Incumbent should have Expertise in handling a company with offices across India, ideally from Study abroad business having branches across India. Proven Leadership and people-management skills, Should have managed Strategic planning and business development, Analytical ability and Agility. Needs to possess excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration skills. Should have strong Relationship-building and influencing skills to leverage people and relationships. Should be willing to travel both within India and Abroad.
