Manufacturing & Quality Head - Liquor Company (17-28 yrs)
Job Description:
- Leading manufacturing productivity savings covering Conversion cost, Productivity for multiple units.
- Manufacturing Footprint optimization: Optimize the manufacturing footprint to drive effective project Optimax & project stride.
- Quality: Improve finished product defects.
- Safety: Lead the safety transformation journey across South India and deliver TIR and LTA targets.
- Develop differentiated talent through a systematic Development Action Plan to prepare them for higher roles.
- Enable a healthy pipeline for critical roles.
- Accountable for Manufacturing & Engineering execution lead in multiple own plants to deliver all assigned projects on both green & brownfield.
Requirement:
- Excellent Planning Skills , Excellent networking skills for resource mobilization, Excellent Blending Skills, Leadership to lead Experienced Professionals of two / three states.
- Well versed in troubleshooting & Root cause analysis. Certified in Standards for Quality Food Safety, Environment & Occupational Health & Safety.
- Presentable and Good Communication Skills . Can use south Indian Languages Telugu, Kannada, Tamil etc . Working experience in Liquor / IMFL industry is a must .
- Adept in the usage of Ms. Office especially EXCEL Skills
