Manufacturing Process Specialist - Manufacturing Industry

Job Description;

- Management of Bill of materials and Monitoring the Unit cost of the all the products on a monthly basis.

- Monthly Analysis of Material cost & review operational data to identify/develop improvement plans.

- Responsible for Lean six sigma project Coordination for the Site.

- Conducting Process Audits in the plant to ensure adherence.

- Identify sources of variation and guide manufacturing team to reduce variation.

Desired Profile:

- BE/M.Sc with 8+Years of relevant Experience in Paint/Coating industry in Manufacturing & Process engineering Function.

- Hands on experience in understanding Product Parameters.

- Knowledge of SPC Tools .

- Knowledge of Six Sigma Would be added advantage.
