Job description :

- Lead a team of 8 managerial resources and 124 company employees across four verticals responsible for manufacturing of all liquid products of it's Personal Care product portfolio

- Part of management team that modeled and negotiated a performance-based incentive scheme as a part of Long Term Agreement with the employee union for a term of 3.5 years

- Stabilized in house production of Savlon hand wash and Shower to Shower talc post acquisition of these brands from Johnson and Johnson

- Introduced the concept of Product Postponement for first time in bulk manufacturing of Shower Gel and Face Wash; leading to increase in throughput by 100%

- Up graded existing non-moving assets through in home design modifications, thereby adding 4 Kl of bottle filling and 4.5 Kl of tube filling capacities per day in less than 1.5 lacs INR

- Spearheaded audit review preparedness initiatives for Corporate Finance Audit, Corporate EHS Audit, IMS Audit and Quality Audit vital to ensuring operations compliance

- Part of a 4-member team to have designed and implemented an employee engagement scheme to select and honor top 20 best performers from among 350 employees based on both team based and individual contributions.

- Responsible for managing an entire plant operations in all the gamuts of manufacturing.

- Looking at a person currently in production, manufacturing in a plant environment and willing to build a career in manufacturing, leading a factory, managing large teams Future career will be Factory Manager Sonepat Unit.

Qualification : IIT batch of 2007 to 2009 in mechanical or chemical engineering. Non IIT candidates, i.e from NIT must have 10 years of experience in production, manufacturing.

Location : Sonapat(Haryana)

Salary : Best in the industry (Around Rs 22.0-25.0 Lpa)
