We assess, solution and deliver initiatives that achieve rapid and sustainable performance improvement for our clients, in the following areas :

- Capacity Enhancement

- Manufacturing Cost Reduction

- Yield Improvement

- Energy Conservation

- Shop Floor Productivity Improvement

- Ability to connect strategic goals of a company with Shop Floor Processes and Activities through Operational Excellence methodologies.

- Conducting Assessment of client manufacturing facilities around Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Utilities etc.

- Support in Business Development and Asset Building, thought Capital Enhancement activities

- Training and building capability of client employees in Manufacturing/Operational Excellence - Green Belt/Black Belt (DMAIC & DFSS) and Kaizen Events

- Proficient in concepts and application of Operational Excellence methodologies

- Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a mid to senior management level for large multi-location global organizations

- Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams

- Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

- Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

- Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
