Mantri Developers - Training & Development Role (6-8 yrs)
- This role requires someone with good communication skills and who is keen to assist people with their learning and development.
- To develop and deliver effective induction programs.
- To design and expand training and development programmers- based on the needs of the business.
- Keep data of training suppliers and training materials up to date.
- Prepare training calendar (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Assist in the delivery of training sessions at a senior level and facilitate training activities when required in coordination with HR.
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training.
- Building relationships with 3rd party training providers.
- Managing the development of the HR team from a training perspective.
