Mantri Developers - Senior Manager - Banking (6-10 yrs)
Evaluate and present real estate investment opportunities by preparing Valuation/Financial Models (discounted cash flow models and other models) along with financial analyses (NPV, IRR & other ratios analysis etc)
Analysis, writing and gathering of information necessary for investment committee or investor presentations (Private Equity/Fund Houses) as & when required
Creating investment proposals and presenting to the investors for Equity and Debt investment
Conduct market analysis and study industry trends
Prepare maps, aerials, demographic reports, photos and other such material for both analysis and investment committee presentation purposes
Interface with intermediaries to collect, provide and evaluate assets or project level financial information
Prepare investor reporting & sharing project progress (Sales, Cash flow & Construction)
Reviewing ongoing projects and updating management on the progress & issues related to the projects
Preparing quarterly presentations for the Board
Responsible for MIS reports to the Board investors on a timely basis People
Knowledge of Financial Modelling & Real Estate domain
