- Preparation of Mall CAM budget (operations) and CAPEX Budget

- Overseeing tenant coordination with the Tenant Owner team

- Overseeing all activities under Technical services, soft services, security, parking, F&B, Tenant coordination, projects, & retail issue.

- Carry out audits, develop and evaluate the performance Mall.

- SOP for operations activities.

- Cost savings against CAM

- Enhance effectiveness in security, Housekeeping & technical aspects of the mall

- Ensure & implement cost saving measures

- Prepare and implement SOPs

- Manpower planning

- Quick resolution of customer / tenant complaints

- Ensure preventive maintenance schedule implementation

- Value engineering initiative

- Quality control initiatives

- Ensure audit compliances

- Statutory compliances

- Vendor Management
