MantraCare - Chartered Accountant/Financial Expert - CPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver engaging content that offers practical, actionable advice on managing salaries, career planning, budgeting, investing, and wealth-building.

- Interact with participants through Q&A sessions, providing valuable insights and answering any questions raised.

- Customize content to suit the audience's needs, focusing on the specific challenges of early- to mid-career professionals.

- Ensure the webinar is interactive, practical, and relevant, with easy-to-understand financial tips.

Requirements:

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related financial advisory roles.

- Proven experience in delivering virtual webinars or online training, particularly on personal finance, salary management, or career financial planning.

- Strong knowledge of financial well-being principles, including salary management, budgeting, saving, and investing.

- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner for a non-expert audience.

- Understanding of the financial landscape and economic context in East Africa is a plus.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in a virtual setting.

- Strong ability to engage and interact with a live webinar audience.

- Proficiency in webinar platforms (e.g, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and virtual presentation tools.
