TITLE : Subject Matter Expert - Finance EXPERIENCE : 8+ Years EDUCATION : MBA in Finance from premier institute/Chartered Accountant LOCATION : Bangalore, India REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE - 8+ years of experience in Finance in Retail/CPG/Restaurant Industry. - In-depth understanding of Finance functions and best practices. - Has helped drive analytics-based initiatives in their domain expertise is a must. - Has a broad understanding of how business objectives can be realized through analytics including Key Performance Indicators. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Guide and help shape Analytics product for Retail/CPG/Restaurant Industry - Provide subject matter expertise to drive Customer Engagements and conversions - Work with Manthan team during project execution and help customers achieve the desired value from Analytics implementation - Suggest the best practices followed in Finance by Retail/CPG/Restaurant industry players in the field of Analytics and how the adoption can improve the bottom line of the business. - Should have in-depth knowledge working on finance team in large retail organization - Financial KPI- s, calculated measures and reporting expertise Knowledge of the following accounting subject areas relevant to a retail industry : -&nbsp;Chartered Accountant - AR - AP - General Ledgers - Tax Computations - Trading, PnL &amp; Balance Sheet - Capex Management - Opex Management - Cash flow management - Financial KPI's such as ROCE, ROMI, GMROI, GMROF - Financial budgeting - Good Knowledge on Accounting Principles. - Corporate or business unit level financial reporting experience is desired - Should be able to easily formulate financial KPI's for retail business - Should be able to provide suggestions and best practices in financial reporting
