Senior Business Analyst


ROLE : Senior Business Analyst

FUNCTION : Customer Analytics / Retail Analytics

EXPERIENCE : 4-6 years

EDUCATION : Post Graduation / MBA from top Business Schools

BROAD JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Establish the highest level of expertise with Manthan products

- Engage with users and understand their needs and map to product

- Be the retail consultant during deployment workshop and interface between customers and deployment team for all business requirements

- Own the complete onboarding & adoption of customer on Manthan products

- Create a requirements document identifying configuration and customization needs of the users

- Configure meta data and reports on new or existing client instances

- Create reports, visualization and basic analytics as per user needs in Manthan's products

- Own functional training for Client teams and channel partners

- Drive UAT by identifying and running test cases

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE :

Strong understanding in either of the following :

- Merchandising, Buying, Store Operation and Logistics

- Marketing and Customer Analytics sciences, Loyalty Management applications

- Experience in Retail, CPG, Hospitality, Fashion and Food & Grocer across retail formats

- 6 to 8 years of experience, with recent 3+ years- experience in the mentioned Broad Job Responsibilities.

- Excellent data analytics, executive consulting and presentation skills

- Experience in retail technology in the merchandising & CRM or Loyalty domains

- Understand the sources of data in retail & loyalty

- Any BI tool exposure or BI features understanding would be added advantage

- Experience with SQL, R, Tableau is a plus

- Exposure to work with any international retailer is must

- Ability to work with global, cross-location organizations in an entrepreneurial environment

- Willing and able to travel as needed domestically or internationally

- Skilled at common Microsoft office applications like Excel, Power Point and Word
