ROLE : Product Manager - Platform REPORTS TO : Head - Engineering EXPERIENCE : 6-8 Years EDUCATION : B. E or B. Tech, MBA preferred LOCATION : Bangalore PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; - Own the vision, product roadmap and product requirements for Manthan's BI/Analytics Platform - Gather and assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop the product strategy, functional specifications, engineering specifications - Engage closely with the Engineering team to create release schedules, determine the approaches - Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, track product development - Collaborate closely with peer functions in other BU to qualify their requirements into the platform - Work with Engineering, Professional services, Sales and Marketing teams to drive the platform's competitive position, revenue and profitability objectives - Evangelize the platform with internal teams, customers and Analysts - Interface with customers and partners to understand business &amp; technological environments, current and future requirements; participate in customer events and user conferences as a BI/Analytics expert REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :&nbsp; - 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years as a Product Manager for a leading technology product company in at least one or more of the following segments - enterprise software, large scale cloud or consumer internet - Experience in one of the Data Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is a must - Proven ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements - Proven ability to collaborate strongly with different teams (engineering, marketing and sales) - Should be able to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically - Good communication skills both written and oral - Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment - Practical experience with Agile methodologies - Hands on experience in R, Python and built data solutions is added advantage MANTHAN PROFILE :&nbsp; - Manthan is the Chief Analytics Officer for consumer industries worldwide.
