Manthan - Manager - Performance Marketing (7-12 yrs)

JD - Experience - 7+ years overall in marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in b2b software technology industry

Qualification - Professional degree/diploma in marketing

- Manthan is looking for a Marketing Manager to design, co-ordinate and execute offline and online marketing campaigns for its portfolio of products. The Marketing Manager will work closely with external agencies, product marketing managers, and product teams and customer success managers to plan and execute campaigns, and assess their performance

- Marketing Manager will work with Product Marketers to manage spends and schedules for campaigns. The Marketing Manager will have solid experience in managing both digital and offline campaigns, self-driven, good project management skills and meeting tight deadlines

Responsibilities :

- Design Marketing Campaigns to generate leads and acquire customers

- Work with agencies, oversee content, create and manage campaign specific marketing assets

- Adhere to budgets and Campaign timelines

- Monitor progress of campaigns and its RoIe

- Report on campaign performance and implement improvements

- Act as the single point of contact for the event ecosystem - organizers, vendors and internal teams

- Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to detail out event plans, from launch to post event marketing and execution

- Strong program execution capabilities (invites, social promotions, exhibit set up, logistics)

- Own complete event marketing for SEA and EMEA, offline and online

- Pre and post event campaigns, inside sales tactics to drive traffic, post event follows ups

- Own MQLs and SQLs from the event, and event ROI

- Craft messages and create campaign assets that work with specific audience

- Digital campaigns related to event - including influencer strategy, tactics to generate booth traffic, online branding

- Managed complex, multi-layered and cross-channel campaigns

Requirements

- 7-9 years of work experience

- Digital marketing experience and knowledge of latest marketing techniques

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Proven experience of handling B2B campaigns

- Successfully manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Handled global events, including roadshows, customer meet ups

- Experience working with global stakeholders

- Field marketing exposure preferred, working with event managers and external ecosystem
