BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES : - Devise, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns based on demand/lead generation programs that are aimed at creating awareness, interest and preference for Manthan's products in target market segments - Acquire, nurture, progress leads through targeted inbound and outbound activities and campaign wave. Optimally manage lead/prospect lifecycles in a complex sale. - Work with product managers and product marketers to understand market strategy, target audience, segmentation and positioning and use the insights to develop campaign ideas and plans that meet marketing objectives - Develop campaign ideas into specific tactics and marketing messaging. Write, edit, proof-read copy for campaign material. Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary. Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. - Work with internal and external teams/agencies to design, develop, and execute integrated campaigns and its components. Collaborate with sales teams to implement and track necessary sales touchpoints to meet specific campaign objectives. - Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of all marketing campaigns. Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns. Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs - Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions. Own the delivery of marketing and promotional material for various online and in-field opportunities. - Keep abreast of current trends in marketing, including best practices, processes, tools and technologies. PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE : - Management skills : As Senior Manager-Marketing Operations you will devise marketing plans and your team or external agencies will deliver them. You need to guide your team and establish parameters but also delegate rather than micro-manage. - Communication skills : Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to write copy for marketing promotions. You also need pristine speaking skills. You have to manage relationships with agencies and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior level managers within the organization, on the wisdom of proposed campaigns. - Project management skills : As a campaign manager you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns. You will need to manage the organization's output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track. - Numerical skills : You need to be good with words and numbers. You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success or otherwise of campaigns. - Technology skills : You need hands-on expertise of marketing tools and technologies for tracking, analyzing, measuring data across campaigns, channels, tactics, including CRM, email, search, website analytics, social and other digital platforms.
