Manthan Professional Services team is looking for a Campaign Operations Director, who knows exactly what it takes to create the perfect digital customer experience. Should have expertise to deliver that marketing execution experience with the right mix of new age campaign strategy and technology to deliver success. Looking for a leader who can manage multiple program and build team to support this business function. Duties and Responsibilities : - Ensure overall success of marketing technology implementations, managed services focusing on the project delivery, financials, customer relationship and overall program health - Review and develop Campaign Planning, Campaign Measurements and Campaign Execution - Oversight for marketing planning and budgeting for campaign execution - Plan and estimate delivery work, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, and budget - Manage business requirements and project ideation - Manage and evolve marketing measurement approach - Deliver key marketing reporting mechanisms to drive insights - Advise Strategists and Campaign Managers on optimal design for campaigns understanding the impact to reporting and leveraging automation, where possible - Responsible for understanding business requirements documents (BRD) and designing, building, and testing campaigns - Work with integration, data technologies and user on boarding team to design and implement Manthan Products for customer - Manage and contribute to solution plan definition - Identify, manage, and track key dependencies, issues, and risks - Contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools - Identify and pursue follow-on project opportunities, Travel to client site as required Skills & Qualifications : - 8-12 years of total experience - 6+ years of experience in deployment Marketing applications (Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Marketo), Personalization(Rich Relevance, Adobe Target, and/or Unica Interact), Loyalty (Kobie and/or Brierley), - 4+ years in program management and delivering technology experience - Experience in managing campaign operations across different channels - Email, SMS, Web, Mobile etc - Experience in algorithmic decisioning or interactive management - Experience in online ad serving or site serving platforms - Strong knowledge of project management methodology including the ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run team meetings - Ability to articulate and clearly communicate solution scope, timeline, and benefits with client stakeholders - Exceptionally strong leadership & communication skills to effectively manage client accounts and multidisciplinary teams - Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation - Retail or B2C industry is preferred
