JOB PROFILE:
- P & L in charge of the one or multiple customers
- Customer management - leading, consulting, solutioning
- Accountable for program success
- Excellent stakeholder / people management skills
- Manage day to day operations of the services rendered based on ITIL framework
- Fortify relationships with clients and manage their expectations
- Closely monitor and track project status/take corrective actions where necessary and make escalations as necessary; Escalate issues on time and strive for resolution of issues, identify root cause and eliminate problems
- Motivate, manage goals, periodic reviews; Periodic reporting of operational metrics, business performance reviews and process maturity assessments
- Will be a role model on technology to the team and be part of the technology component design & development process of product development
- Should be able to review - design & code reviews- and ensure release of 100 % bug free software
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Strong program management - planning to operations to completion
- Strong customer management - relationship, expectations, listening, escalation & business
- Should be strong in at least one - data management, analytics, marketing Tech.
- Should have strong project planning / management capabilities
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal written & verbal communication
- Self-starters, should be able to work under minimal supervision and drive projects independently
NICE TO HAVE:
- Understand latest technology and at least one of the areas should be hands on - Cloud, Data lake, Analytics models, Marketing technology, AI/ ML.
- Should be well versed with one of the consumer industry - Retail, Fashion, Restaurants
