We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to lead our product team.

You would be working closely with business, would be responsible for the development of different Digital Products and would oversee the deployment and activation of Product with Business.

You will develop and steer the digital vision, digital product portfolio and have a perspective on how digital can enable/strengthen business meaningfully. You will actively measure and analyze existing digital offerings and market trends for opportunities to innovate and improve. You will also play an important role in leading product owners and digital delivery teams through the process of designing and delivering digital solutions that solve business problems and capture opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance.

For ex:

1. Develop highly customized sales force acceleration tool with AI/ML use cases which helps improve productivity of 14000+ field force thereby increasing company's revenue

2. Build a app based community for new mothers to help cross sell our products

3. Build a ML based demand prediction model that helps us make our products available at distributors well in advance

Role and responsibilities

1. Define the scope of the product, plan for the data infrastructure to enable seamless product development

2. Lay down and execute the product roadmap to market which entails POC, approval, deployment and activation

3. Work with business stakeholders to ensure change management activities relevant to successful solution adoption are delivered. Incorporate user feedback into the product as product improvements

4. Strategize and implement Product's impact assessment

5. Implement the communication strategy about the product

Requirements

1. Top-notch academics with BE/BTech and MBA from a Tier 1 college.

2. 7+ years of experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer-facing online retail / business application & product management role. Experience developing mobile or consumer applications and services.

3. Excellent cross-functional project management skills.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing internal teams and leaders.

5. Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical-thinking skills

6. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver online products/services.
