Mankind Pharma - Product Manager (3-5 years)

What You'll Do :

- As a Product Manager, you will build products that strengthen the doctor-patient digital ecosystem and delight your customers (Doctors) in their user journey.

- Create the long-term vision and strategy for your products, define their success metrics and create meticulous product roadmaps toward that vision.

- Author high quality documents (PRDs) to define your vision and secure stakeholder alignment.

- Develop a deep understanding of our users (Doctors), their needs and create useful product experiences that address those needs.

- Manage the cross-functional execution of the product roadmap, working closely with design, engineering, operations, and business teams.

- Synthesize insights from user research, customer meetings, usage data, and sales feedback to prioritize improvements and new feature ideas.

- Maintain comprehensive logs of meeting discussions, reported product enhancements, and other feedback received on usage/adoption of the live product

- Assess the competition, and devise product enhancements as such to ensure this product is recognized as a market leader

Requirements :

- Strong Product Management experience of a minimum of 3+ years.

- Experience in shipping high-quality consumer facing internet products at scale (exp. in creating clinical products for Doctor community at scale will be a strong plus).

- A strong understanding of overall technical architecture & intricate details of database structures

- Experience in a high growth tech company or start-up

- Data-driven - solid understanding of data/analytics tools, and ability to deep dive into data to make decisions

- Consistent User-centered approach, and unwillingness to make compromises on the User experience

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills - ability to communicate seamlessly and clearly with engineering, design and management teams

- Relevant certifications for managing Agile Scrum & basic SQL knowledge is strongly desirable.

- BE/BTech and MBA from a reputable institute or equivalent experience
