We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program: 2022. As Management Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one.

We are building a team of young professionals in the functions - Operations/Sales & Marketing /People & Culture/Purchase. These roles are based on our Head office.

We will be conducting e-interviews, followed by face-to-face soon.

The management trainees will gain the knowledge and experience required to transition to management positions under the direction of the Leadership team by performing the following duties.

Essential Job Functions

Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.

Set performance goals and objectives with top management.

Monitor performance progress with management and essential trainers.

Assist their mentor in forming the strategies to help achieve the goals and objectives.

Processing of the information regarding the market in which the business functions.

Analyze the customer needs of the business and then incorporate these needs into the products or services that the company provides.

Observe experienced colleagues acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required to perform departmental duties.

Review financial and non-financial reports to identify areas of improvement and increase the bottom line.

Rotational program with extensive practical and proactive business experience in operations and analytics.

This is a challenging role in a high-pressure work environment. The company has a performance-driven and open feedback culture.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: MBA/PGD/PGP/PGDM/PGDBM from Reputed Premier B-School/ Institute with Engineering Background.

Experience: Minimum 0- 1 year experience as a management trainee recruited via Campus Placements.

Minimum Requirements

- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

- The position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
